I am fully aware that sometimes things come up in life & you may need to cancel & or reschedule your appointment. Knowing this I kindly ask that you give me a 24hr notice for canceled appointments. Failure to notify me before the 24hr mark will result in a charge of 50% of the services booked as I would no longer be able to provide that time slot to my other customers. If you are a NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the service’s that you booked. I give all customers a 10 minute grace period. Once the 10 minute threshold has been surpassed you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes you will be considered a no show.
